Self Defense CWP now offers the Utah Non-Resident Concealed Firearms Permit

1. You do not have to be a Utah resident to apply.

2. Utah Concealed Firearm Permits are valid in over 30 states.

3. You do not have to already be a CWP or CCW holder in another state to qualify for a Utah Non-Resident Firearms Permit.

4. The training can be conducted in approximately 4 hours, at your location or mine.

5. There is no requirement for firing range qualification. (However, all applicants must complete a firearms familiarity course certified by BCI.)

6. Most importantly you can legally carry your concealed weapon in the Southeastern states of GA, MS, and AL, to include approximately 5 other states which you cannot with your South Carolina Concealed Weapons Permit.

The Utah Non-Resident Concealed Firearms Permit currently provides the holder the legal right to carry a concealed weapon in the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Wyoming.

This evening class is approximately 4 hours of strictly classroom. Like all of our classes, we will do ALL the paperwork and fingerprints in class. The tuition fee for this class is only $85.00. You can pay using your credit card or pay pal without processing charges by using the $85 Utah Class button to the right.

In class you will be required to provide a check or pay by credit card $65.25 (until May the 11th, 2011, after that date the cost will be $65.00) to the State of Utah for processing your CWP. The State of Utah BCI accepts personal check, credit card or money orders for payment.

The Utah Non-Resident Concealed Firearms Permit is one of the most sought after concealed weapons permits of all the States, and here is why;

To apply for a Utah Non-Resident you must meet the following requirements:

You must be at least 21 years of age…

have not been convicted of an Alcohol related traffic offense within the last ten years;

have not been convicted of a felony;

have not been convicted of any crime of violence;

have not been convicted of any offenses involving the unlawful use of narcotics or other controlled substances;

have not been convicted of any offenses involving moral turpitude;

have not been convicted of any offense involving domestic violence;

have not been adjudicated by a court of a state or a court of the United States as mentally incompetent, unless the adjudication has been withdrawn or reversed.

NOTE: A criminal background check will be conducted for all applicants.
